  • True freedom to live outside the matrix.

Its basically living in a city that makes everyone so completely dependent on the matrix to survive.

And it changes your mindset too. All the pressure of work and then watch Netflix until you pass out, and you have to buy all these coping mechanisms like gym card, nice car, nice house…

Someone who lives outside can just say no to all of that, and they get plenty of exercise just moving around more and fixing things than the ordinary city dweller.

I really hate apartments. They are like prison cells.

  • The complexity of everything is just ridiculous now.

And its a moving target with constant new things to try and learn, as quickly as possible, while doing your already full time job.

I dont know. I think working in tech is definently mostly for 20-30 year olds now. When you have that desire to prove how smart you are, and the energy to learn everything.

The endless meetings and the return to office has also really killed a lot of good things about the job.

  • Im certainly not saying it changed my life. Some people are also saying that the eyes start to glow. :) There must be some reasonable thinking going on as well I think.

But yeah, I noticed higher physical energy after a week or so. Its simply because the body loses energy when you jerk off, so if you dont do it, you have a lot more. I dont know, its not psychological to me, not that part. I can feel more energy, thats all.

Started having daily 30 minute fast walks to balance it out a little bit but still feel like moving much more now.
