It’s actually a tradition in between Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin to have onion and cheese sandwiches, Limburger cheese is made in Monroe and is quite possibly the best pairing to raw onions, so I wholeheartedly believe it’s now almost entirely exclusive to the American pallete nowadays, and this post is the anomaly.
Especially stinky cheeses like Limburger
If you have the opportunity, consider Limburger with onion on a nice rye bread
Noted. Chainsmokers will be present.

6·2 months agoOne would hope for a more broad institutional change like schools or workplaces not renewing contracts, but individual action matters too. Closest schools ever got in the US was with Chromebooks, and at least a few places in the EU are ditching MS for better options.

1·3 months agoSo basically everyone far enough South? Narrows down pretty easily once you can determine where Tejano radio stations are broadcast, no awkwardly invasive tech required at all, just good old classic detective work that only requires a modicum of critical thought!
Low MHz RAM soldered in? Holy anti-consumer practices Batman!
Is that why filibusters can last so long?

1·3 months agoWe don’t all obviously spray cheese from a can, some of us are from or near Wisconsin, the place where Monroe cheese is from, which is to say very well regarded in the international community. Whatever bad things Americans did to cheese is basically either a Republican’s doing or the interests of companies like Kraft or Nabisco who are cheap and want to can a product that lasts without refrigeration. See also, Old English cheese spread.
Some folks call them Kolaches if you live far enough in the South US. Definitely a trend that followed with Eastern European migrations.

McDonald’s really isn’t much better, and really there’s not much stopping them from recording everything and deleting it after it’s seen review. Basically just more reasons to try and fire people then not pay for unemployment insurance it appears.
