Part of the reason Tor is good is because it generates the same fingerprint for all users (part of the reason you shouldn’t install additional extensions on it, by the way). Mullvad browser tries to do this but without the Tor network.
DuckDuckGo pro is $10 a mo but you get advanced model, on top of vpn and other crap.
The only reason I can think of is the cost. Apple makes the map API free if you use Apple Maps on Apple devices. If you are building a website, you have to pay for Mapbox or Google Maps, etc., that can get pricey for indie developers.

That’s like, let’s bribe every country official and build a kingdom where everything instead of being paid by taxpayers, is founded by Elon alone type of money.

Company like Amazon is huge. Like, the department to cozy up with administration is a completely different subsidiary than Prime Video anime importing. They don’t know to each other. They will cut each other’s throats if they are fighting for the same promotion.
This happens because 1) cost savings and 2) human garbage exist everywhere. They hide behind the decisions and use the current political climate to push their bigotry.
