You’re leaving out non-profits. As someone who has worked for several non-profit healthcare hospitals, we are always looking to at ways to get more revenue by buying more locations, paying less, upcoding, etc. I don’t see administrators worried about their personal finances.

The majority of people do not realize how much information is being recorded and what it’s used for. If there was an easy way to track down how a telemarketer got your information, a lot more people would freak out and demand change.
