    Not just gay sex, any sex with power exchange. Can also include completely heterosexual mild BDSM.

        From what I’ve gathered, it’s entirely possible that some previously exclusively gay terms are now more generally applied.

        For vanilla cis hetero sex it doesn’t apply since the man is always the top and the woman is always the bottom.
