Elon Musk will have to testify over his role in shuttering the U.S. Agency for International Development, a federal judge ruled Wednesday.

U.S. District Judge Theodore Chuang ruled that “extraordinary circumstances justify” compelling Musk and two former USAID officials, Peter Marocco and Jeremy Lewin, to be deposed in a lawsuit. Former USAID employees and contractors are suing Musk, accusing the former head of the Department of Government Efficiency of illegally dismantling the aid agency.

Question is does he go back to South Africa? Or Canada? Since he has citizenship there and that’s how he made it into the US.

Who’s problem do we make it?

I mean, he’s always blathering on about how he wants to go to Mars so goddamn bad, right? So… Let’s send him.

Didn’t they fling a Tesla toward Mars a few years back anyway? We can consider that a practice run. Just strap him in one of those abominations he masquerades as trucks and give him what he’s always wanted.

And, since he certainly won’t need it where he’s going, we can use the assets he’s leaving behind to undo the damage he’s done to… well gestures broadly at everything
