6·2 months agoI loaded this list into Dispatcharr and then went through and tested and added what looked interesting to my channel list. Right now I have 60 channels that I can watch via Jellyfin.
These include movie channels, news channels (from several countries). music videos, comedy, documentary. Also streams dedicated to older shows like CSI, Beavis and Butthead, etc.
Mostly I watch music video channels while I’m working or doing chores. News when I want news, and Buzzr because I like old game shows when I just want something chill.
ETA: Here you can find links to all the lists https://github.com/iptv-org/iptv/blob/master/PLAYLISTS.md

21·2 months agoI’ve recently been getting into free IPTV streams. There are 1000s and 1000s and free streams from all over the world in pretty much every language with over 2000 in English alone. Most are not geo blocked. You can find a list here: https://iptv-org.github.io/

3·3 months agoYes, I think part of the trick is that the CEO is a great video producer and has a large fanbase for his yt channel who are very enthusiastic about his ideas even if they won’t actually buy such a phone.

12·3 months agoI think the problem is that they grossly over estimated how many people actually wanted to buy a “legit” Commodore branded Commodore Ultimate when they came up with the idea to buy the Commodore brand.
Now they are trying to come up with ways to make it profitable but they don’t really seem to understand Product Market Fit.
I think it would be a better idea to do some high quality branded merch.

361·3 months agoJ.W. Conway was not a doctor, psychologist, or scientist and he self-published this book.
Doctors at the time did not think of left-handedness as a problem. It was a cultural and religious belief that made people force their kids to be right-handed.

1·3 months agoI do think the Ultimate C64 is very nice. If it came out 5-6 years ago I would have bought it. By the time it came out tho, I have already put together a couple of my own “ultimate” C64s. For someone who is starting from scratch I would certainly suggest a Commodore Ultimate.
For me, I’ve been hoping they would do something more like the Mega65.

2·3 months agoThat’s the thing. I already have almost a dozen original and remake Commodore 64s. Also Plus/4, C128, and so on. I don’t know who the target market of the new Commodore is, but it doesn’t feel like its me.
