Ich hab oben schon ein Link gepostet. Fruchtzucker ist nicht die gute Alternative. Wird nur so von der Lebensmittelindustrie verkauft.

Fruchtzucker ist entgegen der landläufigen Annahme nicht gesünder als Haushaltszucker. Im Gegenteil, er macht in dreierlei Hinsicht dick:

Fruktose wird ohne Umwege in Fett umgewandelt und in den Fettdepots gespeichert
