Fruchtzucker ist entgegen der landläufigen Annahme nicht gesünder als Haushaltszucker. Im Gegenteil, er macht in dreierlei Hinsicht dick:

Fruktose wird ohne Umwege in Fett umgewandelt und in den Fettdepots gespeichert
Fruktose verhindert die Fettverbrennung bei gleichzeitig vermehrtem Fettaufbau
Fruktose blockiert das Sättigungsgefühl.
