I’m waiting for things like HDR to work properly on Linux - once it’s as easy to mod and play games on Linux as it is Windows I’ll be making the jump.

If I sound paranoid there’s already an app on Android that scans the content of your photo library (iPhones have this too but it’s only enabled during parental controls, Androids is stealth-enabled 24/7).
I think OPs comment was meant to be read as “I wonder what their argument is:” then everything following that is probably what the US/Meta lawyers would say.
It’s international law aye but in Trump’s America anything goes.

Hell, just copy and paste the content into Copilot and ask it to rewrite it, I bet it’ll just be doing the same thing but for free.
