Pearl Milling Company was the name of the company before they created the Aunt Jemima brand, in the late 1800s. Upset by this change, this fellow is pouring syrup into an old Aunt Jemima brand bottle, and implicitly threatening violence against whoever would try to stop him. However, he is using Millville brand, which as far as I can tell is unrelated to the Pearl Milling Company.
