Still way cheaper than here in NYC. A 30-day unlimited (the longest you can get) is $132 or €112.65. So that would be €1,351.79.
Besides, of all the time I’ve been to Vienna over the years, I never see anyone actually swipe their card when entering the platforms. I have to imagine many are just riding free, no?

Und ehrlich gesagt: So oft, wie ich schon in Wien war, habe ich noch nie jemanden gesehen, der beim Betreten des Bahnsteigs wirklich sein Ticket entwertet oder scannt. Ich kann mir gut vorstellen, dass viele einfach gratis mitfahren, oder?

The guest VM requires TPM to install Windows 11.
It depends on your hypervisor platform. Some platforms can enable vTPM (emulated TPM) without host hardware support, like KVM with swtpm.
Hyper-V can do passthrough TPM or emulate vTPM but still require the host to have hardware TPM enabled to do so.

Sehr interessant. Ich bin so an die strenge Fahrkartenkontrolle hier gewöhnt, dass ich in Wien fast schon automatisch rumschaue, um jemandem mein Ticket zu zeigen, lol. Es dauert bei mir immer einen Tag oder so, bis ich mich wohlfühle, einfach so auf den Bahnsteig zu gehen. Wirklich eine schöne Erfahrung!
