This is very shorthand for humans are above nature. It leads to the conclusion that human needs supercede anything else on this planet. Also, Matt Walsh is a nazi if you are lucky enough to not know who he is.

Predator that wipes out all their prey and then can’t sustain themselves is one of the most common extinction stories. If you exceed the limits of the ecosystem you’ll just die out, simple as that. Nature doesn’t give a shit how much you think you’re harming it because it’s a mindless convergent system that will always optimise away abnormalities and find an equilibrium, with or without you.

Well now I have one of my favorite songs stuck in my head:

I think I’m so educated And I’m so civilized 'Cause I’m a strict vegetarian And with the over population And inflation and starvation And the crazy politicians I don’t feel safe in this world no more I don’t want to die in a nuclear war I want to sail away to a distant shore And make like an apeman

I would say most apes are more important and smarter than republicans. That’s a very simple concept folks!

But you wouldn’t save that human, as you just killed them all (including himself.) I guess he would only save people in space?

Ah, ok. He’s some dude with a beard and a podcast. Very qualified.

Actually if anyone’s never seen the origins of “Holden Bloodfeast,” the whole thing is fantastic.
