On Lemmy it’s more like, I realised I was wrong 5 comments ago and now I’ll just trying to soothe my ego by arguing semantics, but when I run out of things to say I’ll just block everyone.
The moment the convo stop being via text i am so cooked, i just cannot talk IRL without stammering(i also have those embarassing moments where i often forget a word in my language but not in english…)
Believe it or not, that’s not really a disqualifier to competitors. The sport is pretty professional and uses a way different skillset than people realize, fluent unbroken english not being one of them
