You could certainly make up the electrolytes and minerals in other ways (drinking distilled water may even increase appetites for those types of foods). Still, drinking a liquid that leeches minerals out of the tissue around it isn’t healthy

Unfortunately, I think many kids could easily approach AI the same way older generations thought of math, calculators, and the infamous “you won’t have a calculator with you everywhere.” If I was a kid today and I knew I didn’t have to know everything because I could just look it up, instantly; I too would become quite lazy. Even if the AI now can’t do it, they are smart enough to know AI in 10 years will. I’m not saying this is right, but I see how many kids would end up there.
Yes, our US hotel industry has mostly been monopolized by Wyndham and a few other companies. They all build large hotels with the same layout. If you try and go under that price point you get stuck with motels, which have mostly been phased out by our culture from taboo & cleanliness anecdotes. Definitely a far fetch from the experience in Europe and other places. The closest we get is Airbnb like set-ups of personal homes rented out.
Well I certainly understand the pros of this but is training your kid to have a dopamine response everytime a notification comes in and buzzes their arm is dangerous, no? It’s like training the kid to always want that feeling for the rest of their life
I like how they put in italics “it listens to all your conversations” and yet it’s still third in the list. Reminds me of how most mass media approach mass surveillance!
Maybe if they can connect you to your other usage but it’s probably more of their resources and such a small % of the population that it isn’t worth the time to subvert? Idk just guessing here
The administration seems weak to business interest and with Apple having over a trillion dollar market value…customers being mad at them could actually somehow trickle back to Trump admin? It’s a drop in the ocean, I know. Just trying to look at it optimistically
I see your point. There’s always bad in the world and there will always be discontent in the world but not accepting the current state of things and pushing back is vital for progress. Because things sucked in the 2000s does that invalidate the crimes and wrong being trespassed against us now? Edit: oh it’s a shitpost
I love the app MagicEarth for turn by turn navigation GPS. It uses OSM!
Invalidating an election four years ago with votes cast by millions so you can try and invalidate a next election with votes cast by millions of Americans in order to weakly claim a constitutional loophole… what could go wrong? Don’t sink to their level.
