There’s a trend right now in the coffee world (specifically espresso world) called SOUP (Spro [slang for espresso], Only UnPressurized) which is espresso ground really coarse and extracted really quickly at very low pressures. It’s great for really light roasts. Anyway, my point is, we already have (coffee) bean soup.
